Steeped in the rich history of Savannah, Georgia, this classic 1854 Greek Revival rowhouse was restored, revived and rejuvenated by renowned designers, honoring the past with the best of the present.
ENCHANTED KITCHEN – Designed by DXV Design Panelist 2015, Lisa Mende of Lisa Mende Design, Charlotte, North Carolina
True to her design sensibility, Lisa melds hospitality, history, and a hint of quirkiness with memorable results. Front and center in this inviting space is the slender, statuesque beauty of the DXV Victorian Bridge Faucet. Painstakingly executed details are a testament to its timeless character and traditional heritage. Complementing the faucet is the DXV Hillside 30” Apron Sink, a period-perfect design that is right at home in this 19th century abode. Made of durable fine fireclay, this versatile style features a smooth front reversing to a more transitional panel front. Each DXV piece pays tribute to tradition while being firmly rooted in today.

As refreshing as a sweet Southern breeze, Chad creates a thoughtfully tailored space with hints of the home’s heritage reflected in the DXV Oak Hill Wall-Mount Faucet with Cross Handles. Unpretentious and reminiscent of 19th century form and function, the Oak Hill Faucet maintains the look while incorporating the lasting beauty and superior performance the 21st century demands. As the perfect accompaniment to the faucet, Chad chose the DXV Pop Rectangle Vessel Sink. Defined by sleek lines, its simplicity spans centuries of style to fit in beautifully here.
